There are times in our lives where we often wonder what to do with ourselves and the direction of our universe. Do we save the planet for our children? Do we try and better our personal lives to benefit our own selfish dignity? Do we, as a society, even care? Will we wipe ourselves out and be the instrument of our own destruction?

Life is short and you should do what your heart tells you. Let go. Give in and do what makes you happy. Ultimately everyone around you will benefit from your acts of good will. Conversely, doing wrong to someone can have unnecessary side effects that could ultimately bring those around you to their lowest state of being maliciously infecting everyone you encounter. Would this make you a martyr of the world’s demise? Just thinking about it makes me feel all lost inside.

The sky opens up and we see small shimmer of the sun piercing through the hazy evening dew illuminating its surroundings with a soft orange glow. A hand reaches down and plucks a dead blade of grass from the barren landscape and pulls it up to his face. He then crumbles the delicate life form and throws it aside as he climbs on board massive creature with reddish stringy hair. The beast’s muscles tense up as the rider digs hard into its side and pulls the reigns off in the direction of the advancing enemy in the ravine. The army behind him advances just the same as they charge down the hill to meet their glory and duty to protect their lands.

Just beyond the hills, at a safe distance, a women crosses her arms and covers her mouth as she starts to loose the life and heart from her body. We see a small tear swell up in her eye and slip down her cheek as though her soul had just crumbled and vanished into the ground below. She drops to her knees as she watches her loved one lead the troops against the advancing army twice in numbers. They will most certainly perish just as her tear falls to the same barren grass swaying gently in the breeze.

This is a very moody adagio piece interweaved with piano, harp, strings, with a constant ticking of Time. This is a pretty long track so, sit back, and let it unfold.

It's in our nature to help those who are in time of need and it's in our nature to just as easily ignore them. It's in our nature to completely think only of ourselves.

All I can ask at the moment is.. "When? When will we start giving a ...."

"Chivalry - Total War" is a modification of the game "Rome - Total War" and is based in the Medieval period from the years 1072 - 1453. I composed a few custom tracks for their very impressive game. You can tell they put some massive work into this game.

SUMMARY: A group of adventure seeking college kids embark on a GPS treasure hunt in the Northwest wilderness. They are led to believe they will find two million dollars in cash. When they arrive at the treasure location they find what appears to be a grave. They dig up the grave to find a small coffin. What they find inside is shocking. Are the contents of the coffin real or is it all part of the game?
